Found onto Evergreen on Google - Caleb answered and we diagnosed the problem over the phone. Dan was here installing a new holding tank three days later. Dan was awesome and super knowledgeable - we chatted away at all sorts of home maintenance topics. Cost was what I was quoted over the phone. Not stressing next time I have a plumbing/water quality/ heat pump problem.
