 + -1 moreIt seems that today no one is interested in work or customer service. Yet I was lucky to be referred to Bob the Plumber. From the receptionist to the plumber(s), I was extremely happy with the service of my kitchen drain and toilet repair.
Description of Work: I needed the old kitchen drain removed and replaced with a new one and also a fixture in my toilet. Both were taken care of, speedily and professionally.

Description of Work: Removed old (stuck) rusted out tub drain and installed a new unit without damaging the tub. This was no small feat considering how stubborn the drain was stuck in there. OUTSTANDING! Communicated well during the event.

 + -1 moreI called the woman back and thanked her for the advice. It had saved me a great deal of stress and money! In the future when I have plumbing issues I will be calling them back. I don't have any first hand experience with Bob, however the willingness to give initial direction is priceless and worth a second call in the future.
Description of Work: I called to see about getting an estimate regarding low water pressure in my house, on Sunday, Mother's day. The woman who answered the phone recommended I check my filter, even though it had been changed a short while ago. She told me "they" had been finding a great deal of sediment in people's water lines due to spring run off. This indeed ended up being the problem.
