+ -1 moreI contacted Thelma because I saw a home I was interested in possibly buying and her name was on the real estate sign. She returned my call immediately. She was genuinely interested in the property as she showed it to me and helped the owner and myself negotiate our agreement to our mutual satisfaction. She did all the paperwork quickly and easily. The closing will be in a couple of weeks. In addition she has traveled a long distance to show me other properties I'm interested in for investment purposes. She knows what I'm looking for and is honest in her communication with me. I'm amazed at the speed in which she responds to my requests. I will work with no one else!
Description of Work: Thelma Bowen, an agent with Realty of Maine in Belfast, has been exceptional as far as helping me negotiate the purchase of my new home and scouting out other building I'm interested in buying. She has communicated with me punctually and in detail. She knows what I'm looking for and is right on as far as her suggestions. She saved me money on my first purchase and has been there to make absolute certainty that the agreements made with the seller are all carried out. AND she has to travel a long distance to work with me.
