+ -1 moreHaving worked on oil burners a bit whe I was younger, I viewed the entire experience as a fraud.
Description of Work: Hired him several years ago to clean and service an oil-fired warm air furnace and a water heater. He sat in the van on the phone for most of the 1 hr call, while a helper used a vacuum briefly on the furnace. He sent a highly itemized invoice in the mail a few days later that totaled about $600.

+ -1 moreBill diagnosed the problem and provided prompt service to bring the boiler up to snuff. He also installed a heat alarm to monitor the system during the long Maine winters. He will now continue to monitor the system and perform service as needed. Bill has been thoroughly professional and reliable throughout, and a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: Boiler needed extensive maintenance. We also installed a heat alarm to warn when the heating went off in the winter.
