I tried to reply to a review request on Angi, but their system wouldn't allow me to complete it. I had to give RM Septic a good review so much that I ended up here. Troubleshooting was immediate. You hope for someone who knows their field as well as Radu does. It's rare that you find one. He sorted out the issue, explained everything he was doing along the way, and resolved our problem in record time. And all of this done outside of normal business hours. I can't recommend him highly enough. If you are within the area he operates, you'd be a fool to hire anyone else.

Radu Moldovan was wonderful. Responsive to my call. He isnâ t just a septic pump out guy. Radu was a former Sewer District Operator in Bath, I believe. He inspected our pump as well and showed us just how it works. Our usual pumper was a â no show.â So that prompted the search. Radu called, and he is our â goâ to guy from here on in. Like him very much, and I recommend him highly!

Radu, the owner, called us this morning within less than 5 minutes after we submitted a request. He offered to come pump out our septic tank this afternoon. It had clogged late this morning. My husband unclogged it but thought it could use a pump out. We did not ask for expedited service but Radu offered to come this afternoon. Price was reasonable given he dug out 2 of the 3 openings (my husband had dug out the third), pumped the tank and cleaned the filter (which was clogged) and came this afternoon/same day we put in a request. Radu was very professional and pleasant. We highly recommend him/RM Septic!
