Radu Moldovan, the business owner, was honest, helpful in addressing my septic tank issue and sincere in wanting to do a good job. He was very informative throughout the job process. He did an excellent job.

Radu was able to come to my house within a few hours of my call for service. It is an older system that had not been serviced in decades. The tank had been sealed for many years and he was very resourceful in getting it open. He is friendly and knowledgeable; he explained and demonstrated aspects of my system to me. and The price was very reasonable. I highly reccommend him and his service.

I was skeptical of all the 5 star ratings but after the level of service I received, there's no doubt they're genuine. The owner/operator was great, arrived within an hour and was careful regarding maneuvering his truck, hoses, etc. He was interesting to talk to and explained the various aspects of what needed to be done, why and how often. Getting a septic tank pumped out is never a fun project, especially on an emergency basis, but it won't get any better than the experience I had with RM Septic.

Responded immediately to an emergency when contacted Saturday evening, RM was on site Sunday morning at 9:30!
