At the time I called, I had to leave a message. I didn't hear back within a couple days, so I called again and left another message. Two people called back within the hour, and immediately set up an appointment for the following week. The person who came to do the work was very professional and considerate. I thought they needed to add a box to the ceiling, but fortunately, the didn't. The unit that was already there, but was upside down. So he adapted unit to work properly. He then hung the light fixture for me. The person doing the work called the owner when necessary and explained everything to me before and after, to ensure I understood. The work that needed done was different than I'd requested, but it was done promptly and without issue. The fixture looks as it should and has worked fine ever since.They were on point with the estimate they communicated. Thanks Midcoast Electric!
