Description of Work: My hot water heater went. BWP&H had installed it. They knew it had only been about 4 1/2 years and there was still a warrantee on it. They got me a new hot water heater for free!! My only cost was for labor or I would've paid around $450!!!!

Description of Work: Brian, removed faulty hot water heater and installed a new one; provided a drip pan and necessary parts for its installation; and fixed a dripping faucet. He also discovered why we had no hot water to a shower and remedied the problem.
