Webber rep Chris Stevens came to the house to get information to give a quote for a new forced air gas furnace. He was very professional in gather data about the house. He had good answers for all my questions about the proposed furnace and quote. It took a little over a week to get the quote from him. I was hoping for a little sooner. He also said it would be the first week in November before they could install since they were so busy with other jobs. This, along with a significantly higher price, led me to accept a quote from another company.

.They were promt. They came when we had a problem. They put it in without talking about how much it would cost.

They do the degree day service. Depending on the temperature, they are able to see who needs fuel so that you do not run out of oil. It is all done automatic. I never have to be there, and we never run out. I think the price is average but I really like that they are so reliable. I get a little discount for having multiple furnaces.

The process went very well from start to finish. We were satisfied. It seemed like a reasonable price but we did not seek another estimate.

Webber Energy fuels gave me an estimate. The service was excellent, they came right out when they were supposed. It was a bid thing. Once I finally got a hold of the right person, they came right out. They did what they said they were going to, came right our and turned in the estimate on time.

I will continue to use them in the future.

The fuel burner is automatic. They come out to fill oil when it's time. When we had bought the house in 1973 the previous owner had used this company's predecessor. They are highly reliable in terms of oil supply. We have run out of oil only once. They are very prompt. We are very satisfied with the tune-up.
