+ -1 moreThe owner was helpful in giving background on how to choose a pad suitable for the rug and in getting the pad quickly. She also trimmed the pad to fit. This experience plus an earlier one where we purchased flooring went quite well. The owners are generous with large samples to take home to make sure the items chosen are a good fit for the home setting. They are prompt in the installation phase of the project as well. We would certainly use this company in the future.
