Description of Work: Installed new prefinished hardwood floor. Installer hired by Garcia was difficult to work with and didn't want to do the job. Be careful! I think Garcia would do a good job if he was involved.

+ -1 moreFantastic experience. Robin is wonderful, very honest and fair. He did an amazing job - the floors look incredible. My kitchen was originally carpeted with hardwood floors underneath. They were covered in dust and old glue used to adhere the carpet which had blackened in the 25 years since the carpet was installed I had some real worries about what they would look like. Now, one would never know they were in as rough of shape as they were. He even came back and did an extra coat of poly in one room because he felt it needed it (I wouldn't have known, to be honest). He warned me that the kitchen floor may have dark patches due to the glue staining the floors - so I felt he was very honest. In the end, they turned out better than what he and I anticipated. He always showed up when he said he was going to (rare among contractors). He even came to the house on a Sunday to put down a coat of poly. The final price that I paid him was the same as the quoted price. Highly Recommended!
Description of Work: Robin and his crew refinished the old wood floors in my home. I am not sure about the square footage, but he did a large living room, average dining room & kitchen. Involved was sanding the floors and putting on 3 coats of poly.
