+ -1 moreThe product is great, love our doors and windows. (that gets them 2 stars) the customer service is lacking.. slow to no response to emails. we have had issues due to installation problems and it's a struggle to get anyone to respond I'm a timely manner. after the last heavy rain we had, we discovered that one of the windows has a gap on the edge, letting in water, which leaked through the wall, the floor, then the bathroom ceiling..... causing damage. I have had one response (after my second email) and that was a week ago, I have emailed them again with more questions about how this is going to be resolved and have had no reply. they don't seem to actually care and haven't placed any urgency on this. I have had to waste a week's worth of vacation time to be available for all this, now I have to waste more, whether when they come out, or I hire someone and take these guys to court to cover it.
Description of Work: I hired them to replace 2 doors and 3 windows, both doors have needed follow-up visits due to installation issues, and we just discovered that the windows need work as well as the clapboarding was damaged and windows weren't sealed correctly, causing a leak, that has led to water damage in the house.. the wall below the window, and the ceiling of the room downstairs, below the window.

+ -1 moreI was very impressed with the quality of the installation. Rob & Aaron were very respectful of my property. They arrived promptly everyday, worked steadily until well past what I would consider normal quitting time and cleaned up daily everywhere they had worked. What interior trim they were unable to reuse was replace and, other than being unstained, matches the preexisting trim. The exterior metal around the windows was replaced so well, you can not tell it was disturbed. They were endlessly cheerful despite the horrendous weather the last day. I enjoyed having them in my home and will hire this company again when I replace the 2nd story windows.
Description of Work: Replacement of 16 windows (3 picture windows, 4 casement, 8 double hung & 1 slider/fixed/slider).

Description of Work: They installed 13 double hung windows. Went well but they only had one person do the installation should of been at least two. although the one that did the work was very efficient.
