This company did not deliver the product that we paid for up front. Blaming the Pandemic, the owner put us off for five months, while we observed customers getting their product ahead of us. We finally started over and went with a different company, who fulfilled our order in three weeks. If you go with Qualey, do not pay up front. He has no incentive to finish the job.

When I was picking out the stone, I picked out a number of slabs that I liked from the Veazie location. They got back to me very quickly (same day, I recall) with prices for each. The man that came to the house to do the template did a very thorough job and was very accommodating to my requests. He offered very good suggestions on handling some issues that we encountered. The only problem that I would say is that we purchased an undermount sink from them and it was installed though it had a manufactured flaw. They may not have known this during the installation, but my plumber discovered it when trying to hook up the drain. Eventually, Qualey did return and removed the old sink and installed a new one. That was the only negative experience I had, but they did help us out and resolved the issue beyond my expectations. The seams on the granite are practically undetectable. My counter came in 3 pieces and it really looks like one. On another positive note, Qualey was only one of a handful of contractors we worked with that actually came in at the estimated cost AND the work was finished much quicker than anticipated. I think we ended up waiting 5-7 days between the time of the template to installation. I highly recommend them to anyone!
