PRECISION PAVING

It went GREAT!! I interviewed just about everyone in the phone book. Everyone of them, until Paul from Precision Paving arrived, told me they needed to dig up the entire existing driveway, replace the base then repave it. This driveway is almost 300 ft long and 20 ft wide with a large turn-around. Paul looked at it, asked lots of questions and said to do what everyone else wanted to do would be very expensive and not necessary. He then asked my why I didn't want to remove the old asphalt and repair and reinforce the base and put new paving on top of the old base. He then outlined what he thought I needed to have done and why. In short this guy thought about something other than a dollar sign. At first I thought his price was a little high, less than some and more than others. But his plan made sense to me. Now that he is done I can look back at the other proposals and see how much extra asphalt I got from Precision Paving I no longer think the price was too high. They put 2 layers of asphalt down after they extensively reshaped and reinforced the base. They took a great deal of care not to damage my property and leave it clean and attractive. Paul made sure I knew what was going to happen and when it would occur. They were on time, respectful of the equipment and property and a pleasure to deal with. The crew was very cooperative and respectful to us and each other. Paul made sure I understood when I could drive on the new asphalt and how not to damage the surface. They came in exactly on price even though they did some extra work for another project I am working on. I don't think I could be happier with the work done and recommend them highly.
