This company exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. The person who scheduled my appointment for my garage door repair was knowledgeable about their products and services. Brandon, the gentleman that did the repair, was professional, efficient, and punctual. The repair was completed quickly with high quality and proficiency. Would definitely hire this company again.

This was a different experience from the start. While all the other places I talked to at the Home Show were calling me non-stop, Dennis from Overhead Door of Bangor stopped by our house took measurements and sent us a preliminary quote, all within 72 hours. After an onsite inspection he made suggestions on how we could improve our insulation, and gave me the option of buying the lumber to further save us money. When Phil arrived for the installation he quickly saw that the garage builders took shortcuts, and felt that additional structural work was need to ensure the right outcome. He spent 4 hours extra on this work, and the final product was way above our expectations. Out salesman Dennis even stopped by to deliver the second transmitter that was left off accidently. All this extra work, for NO EXTRA MONEY. They did it all for the original bid, even though they did mush more. This is the way businesses build great reputations.
