Not well, appointments missed, technician sent messages through office but never contacting me, the customer. Very frustrating, and I will never use them again. In fact, it was only when I suspended the service did I receive a telephone call that they would do whatever made me happy so that they would not lose my business.

I am sitting here listening to the flying squirrels in chewing on the inside of my house wall as I write this. Orkin Bangor promised that they could get rid of the squirrels and other rodents if I used their bimonthly service. I was very clear that the goal was to GET RID OF THE SQUIRRELS. This was fall of 2011. Several months later, I still had squirrels. After no response from Bangor office last spring, I finally bought my own one-way door for one of the access points. It is still there- the Orkin person mounted it, but I can see from the ground that there are still access points around the door. The Bangor supervisor did not tell the service person that I did not want pesticides sprayed around my house, so I came home in July to find that chemicals had been applied. The service person who came out bi-monthly from that office was professional and responsive, for the most part, about when he would arrive. Unfortunately, squirrel management was not his area of skill. Finally last summer, the Portland office person informed me that the service I signed up for did not include the squirrel extraction, although this is what the person who visited my house promised he could do with the bimonthly service. Portland office person told the Bangor folks to come out and take care of the problem at no additional cost to me. Bangor folks showed up one time and still did not block entrance points that I told them about. The squirrels remain. I gave up I would not recommend this service to anyone needing rodents other than mice removed from their home.
