Mike's Pool Service

Description of Work: We contacted Mike of Mike's Pool Service about vacuuming our very large natural swimming pool. He came out, looked at the pool, consulted with the man who installed it, and then determined that we'd need to by a $3000 pool cleaner (through him) to clean it. We agreed, and paid him 50% of the equipment plus estimate of the work (nearly $3000). We settled on a start date. And the he disappeared. He simply never showed up to do the work. We emailed and called and texted. He ignored us. He never replied. Finally, we phoned from an unknown number, and he answered. He said he'd be by later in the day...and then he sent an email saying he was quitting. We are waiting, now, to see if he will return our money.
