Description of Work: They took down a huge, rotting tree, and hauled it all away. It only took a few hours. Snow pack was still on the ground, so there was no damage to my property. I've used this business several times, and am very pleased with their work.

+ -1 moreterrific/the best...rick did two jobs for us....first one was in 2013, he cut down 23 trees, some of which were ~two feet across....removed all the debris, and ground about 8 stumps, and moved 8 hard wood logs from among the 23 to my neighbors yard that the neighbor cut up for firewood....that was a big job and only charged $2500....then last fall had him cut down and remove 3 trees...this for $300...in both instances he and his crew worked hard and cleaned up the debris/branches etc...he is our go to guy whenever we want trees taken down.....

Description of Work: I called Maine Tree and asked to have a large branch removed from a tree in front of my house. Initial call was in Oct. They came to my house and said he would do it in Dec. as it was a small job and he would fit it in. Not done at all. I received a call in April asking if I still wanted it done and to call again for an appointment, considering the length of time (6 months) that had passed, I decided that this company does not deserve a good rating. Gave it a D because they did call back and wanted another appointment.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the service. Although Rick, the owner, told me it might take up to 2 weeks for the job to get done, they actually came the next day.
Description of Work: Maine Tree Service not only removed a major tree limb that had fallen on my property, but they also cleaned up all the broken twigs that were scattered on the ground.
