He's incredible. I called him 2 hours before he was scheduled and asked him to pick up additional materials. He not only picked it up, he made sure the color and finish would match the surrounding fixtures. He showed up on-time. He greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was. He was very pleasant to work with. He's incredibly accommodating and tries his hardest to make sure you're home fixes are taken care of as soon as possible. I couldn't ask for a nicer handyman.

I have used Karl on two separate occasions and just called him for another job (2/2015). I have had Karl do finish carpentry on a remodeled room and he worked with my old house and lack of straight lines AMAZINGLY well. I also used Karl to install a thermal door at the bottom of my basement bulk head stairs. He had to modify the stairs to do the work and four years later the door fits so tight it still squeaks against the frame each time I open it. I always go to Karl with carpentry issues and NEVER have to audit his actual work time when I receive the bill. Karl has fair, but not cheap prices. However, his work is top notch and worth every penny!

Karl did a fabulous job. He is knowledgeable and good at what he does. His employees and sub-contractors were professional and helpful. We felt very comfortable having him and his team in our home and around our children. They were meticulous with their work and made sure our home was still "livable" each day. We've already scheduled our next project!

No work was done, but communication was excellent.

He and his crew took out the old steel tub and put in a new tub and surround. The best part was that he found a way to put a bigger unit in there. In a space that only fit a 60 x 30, he figured out how he could put in the 60x32 unit that we so wanted. He made it happen and it turned out great! He also put in 2 shelves above the toilet, which really give us a lot of new space. We have worked with KDogg before and will work with him again. He does great work and has come in with the best prices too.

It went very well. Karl arrived at the time he said he would be there (8:30 am), got right to work, was pleasant and unobtrusive all day (we were there only part of the day, but there was no loud music etc. during the time he was working). He had a very professional attitude all around. He found more challenges than he had anticipated once he started ripping up the floor, but he was still able to finish in the time he had estimated, and didn't charge extra.

Karl was prompt when he gave a quote, arrived when he said he would, and completed the work promptly.

The work was completed on time and within the estimate given.

We have used K-Dogg for several projects and find his work to be excellent. His quotes are accurate and he often ends up doing the work for less than he quoted. He is upfront and honest and goes out of his way to offer several alternatives for our projects. He shows up on time and completes the project in the estimated time. We will definitely utilize his services again and have recommended him to our friends. We use K-Dogg on a regular basis for odd jobs and even a couple of medium sized jobs. Karl is great to work with and his estimates are always spot on.

Someone I know has used them, and I had seen his truck at the bottom of my street. When I called he seemed very polite and professional, so I had him do the work for me. He was prompt, and he did what he said he was going to do. He told me right upfront that he was not cheap. He wasn't cheap, but it was not ridiculous. He is licensed and insured. I do not mind paying for good quality. I would use him again in the future.

We hired this contractor to replace an exterior door that had rotted at the bottom (the door was under our deck) and in the course of removing the door and doorframe he noticed some additional rot of the shingles next to the ground. We were about to sell the house. He did all the repairs in a timely fashion and stuck to his estimate of cost.

The inner workings of the toilet tank were completely replaced in under an hour and with all new materials. On time, professional and within the budget constraints of a single-income household. I will definitely turn to Karl "K-Dogg" again as I continue to make small repairs to my home. Top-notch! Have no doubt about this one!
