Description of Work: I bought a Shoreline dock from them. Over one winter the dock bent. I do not know how. They insisted I "ran over it". One; my dock was up in the woods and not accessible by car; Two, it was VERY unprofessional to assume I, the customer damaged it. Then they wanted pictures, which I had sent them many, at least 10. I sent them to the last name of "Clark" and he never responded. Every time I'd call they would say "he's not available, can I have your name" and I'd give my name but no return calls. I gave up on the damaged dock which is SUPPOSED to be guaranteed. What a crock that is. I will NEVER do business with Hammond Lumber ever again. Never blame the customer sight unseen. That dock was NOT cheap, now, I'm out a dock and $6500.00.
