Description of Work: Bouchard's came on time, they were professional in explaining to me their process for cleaning my furniture and rugs. And the results were good. Still, I'm left with the feeling that had there been a problem, the technician might not have known what to do outside of the basic knowledge of his machinery. He went at a silk rug a little too carelessly for my pleasure. Nevertheless, no harm done. I would recommend Bouchard's for regular broad loom carpets.

+ 0 morethey told me they would be over at 8:30 am on Thursday and the were right on time. They did an outstanding job and I think the orice was very reasonable.
Description of Work: cleaned couch marching chair and two area rugs - great value and the products came out terrific
