About us

We design, install, and maintain electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial/manufacturing clients throughout Maine and its islands. Our team has the experience and drive to see your project through to the very end, always exceeding the expectations. With over 70 years of combined experience, there is no job we can't do (Power/service upgrades, lighting and lighting controls, Fire alarm systems, Mini-Split Heat Pumps, Generators, Photovoltaic Solar Systems and Battery Storage, Surveillance systems, and voice/data/video). Quality installations are key to the success of an electrical system, that's why we stand behind our installations with a 1-year workmanship warranty. We do it right the first time, but if something were to fail or go wrong we'll take care of it (for the first year) at no additional charge to you.

After contacting a couple of other electrical companies, we chose to go with Simpson Electric and I’m very glad we did. Tyler Simpson and his team were very knowledgeable, professional, well mannered, prompt and understanding in getting the work we needed completed on time! Tyler thoughtfully looked at the project and helped us save money while getting a little more than what we asked for. They cleaned up the areas they worked in and performed some troubleshooting to ensure that everything was working as it should! I trust them wholeheartedly. I would call and/or recommend Simpson Electric anytime.
