Pinnacle Tree

We are very satisfied with the job Pinnacle Tree provided. They were professional, polite and knowledgeable. They quickly removed a 25 year old maple tree that was dead and in danger of falling on power lines. They cleaned up afterwards and we are very pleased!

I needed several box elder trees removed, and a black locust and white pine pruned. All of these were tricky - whether it be in awkward locations or building and power line obstacles. Each were addressed perfectly and I ended up with a job well done that was more than I expected. Greg (owner), Damian (foreman) and the entire crew were professional, courteous and experienced. They put the health of the trees and my satisfaction above anything else. They would not leave until I was 100% satisfied. I could not possibly be happier with the results. Would I recommend them? They did a nice job and left the site clean.

This went amazingly well. We were really concerned about this tree because it was hanging over the house we just purchased and showed clear signs of insect damage. Greg was so kind, courteous, and, best of all, got a crew out there so fast to take the tree down. When I came back from work, the tree was gone and they had all but vacuumed the yard. Truly exceptional work, and I would recommend them to anybody.

Greg deployed a full crew of 5 guys and was onsite for the first bit to explain what was wanted. By the time I got home from work, the work was done and the only sign they'd been there was the trees were gone (or pruned) and a few vehicles tracks on the lawn (and, frankly, the woodchuck under my garage leaves more of a trail). The salvageable wood was neatly stacked near where the trees were - in manageable lengths that I can turn into firewood. All the branches were disposed of AND they even cleared some branches that I had stacked under one of my apple trees. Greg was extremely pleasant to deal with and very understanding about my reluctance to overprune my beloved trees. He assured me that they are tree lovers, too, and would do everything possible to maintain the shape and shade. A friend was doing some planting for me while the crew was there and she also commented about how pleasant the crew was. I thought his pricing extremely reasonable, Greg and his crew very professional and personable. I would HIGHLY recommend Pinnacle.
