Description of Work: My husband called them over two week in advance to set up a sewer pumping for July 2, 2015. He was told we were all set and scheduled, along with a friend who was also going to get his cleaned at the same time. After that, when my husband called, they kept playing games with him. First we are told we were scheduled and all set, then told they were full, then told they could not locate the paperwork that was done for July 2, 2015. Once that was all taking care of and the schedule was back on course, we then get, again, told we would have to wait till after the weekend. Once an argument unfolded, they again said they would be at our homes in the afternoon on July 2, 2015. The friend who was going to get his septic pumped at the same time had to reschedule doctors appts which by rights he should not have missed. July 2, 2015 rolled around and we were waiting for them to show, they never showed and my husband had to call them again, and now we have to wait till Monday. A business should not play these head games with people seeking their service, especially when medical appts have to be rescheduled

Description of Work: Septic pump. The men were very helpful and did a thorough job. I would use them again.
