They eliminated the pests.

Fine, arrived on time, very polite and professional.

This is about the Brunswick office. The customer service was terrible. I paid for a year of service, they did nothing to improve my life in any way, I accepted that I wasted my money and asked them to delete my account and payment info - they continued to charge me for 3 months. There is no way my request could have been misunderstood. The culture of their company is such that their employees believe that it is right to blow off their customers continuously. I experienced this with the service person (who claimed his military background made him trustworthy and had working - what an embarrassment to those who serve or have served) and with the customer service/scheduler. If two employees have exhibited bad behavior then I believe it is rooted pretty deep in the organization as a whole. I would question the real necessity of this company when considering this type of service. Maybe another company would be a better a better choice. As I said before, after a year I was accepting of my bad decision and willing to move on, terrible customer service has forced me to address this further. If they had completed the simple task I asked them to do, then I would have skipped giving them a review.

The stinging insects are no longer a problem but we are observing more carpenter ants possibly escapees from their disturbed nest.

Initially Modern Pest Services / Wildlife Control Division (Mike Beaumont) were fantastic! It's raining today and Mike spent at least an hour on the roof. Then he came into the house. Took his shoes off when he came to be sure not to track anything in. He went over my concerns and looked around the house. He reiterated that there was nothing going on. Said there was no way anything was going to get in or out of the house. Just wanted to put a good word in for these guys. They did a good job!! They probably lost money on this job but didn't ask me for any more. They held true to their word and I would recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

I checked on Angie's list for reputable wild animal removal companies and Modern Pest was at the top of the list! The Modern Pest guys install the have-a-heart traps(or equivalent) between 4 - 5am to catch the squirrels before they leave their nests. The squirrels surviving capture are released into the wilds of Brunswick which I found appealing, however, I think that about 50% of mine died in the traps due to suffocation. It took about 7 days all told, to trap all of the grey squirrels and roughly 3 days (three guys) to install the hardware cloth and exclusion exits. The workers were not intrusive, very pleasant, worked quickly and appear to have done a great job. I'm very happy not to hear gnawing of wood in my roof!

They are very professional, friendly and thorough. The whole year is $500. I don't know about the quality yet.

I found them through Angie's List. I noticed they had good reviews and they were close by to my house. I've had a very good experience with Modern Pest Services.

They service us four times a year and I spend $115 every time that they come. I have been quite satisfied and thanks to them, we don't have pests.

We did not end up using them, but they reassured me that there weren’t many mice in our attic. They were really great and were not forcing anything on me that was unnecessary. They were really friendly and really understanding of my desires and really put my mind at ease.
