I moved into a rental house recently which had two cats living in it prior to us, and the owner of the house agreed to pay for carpet cleaning because of odor problems. I talked with Gary Millsy and set up an appointment to have this done on a Friday. He never showed up and never called. When I called on Monday to find out what happened, he said he had me scheduled for another date and time, which happened to be when I knew I would not be home, so I know I didn't schedule that date and time. It seemed to me that he was trying to find a time to put me in, not look for the time he had already scheduled. Anyway, we scheduled another appointment and his crew did show up that time and did a good job. One of the crew members mentioned they could clean the ceramic tile floors covering the rest of the house for a very reasonable price, so I called to schedule an appointment to have that done, at my expense. I left two messages several days apart, which went unreturned, and then finally reached Gary Millsy on the third try a week later. We scheduled an appointment for the tile floor cleaning, and wouldn't you know - they didn't show up. I called when the crew was an hour late, and of course, we weren't scheduled for that date. Gary was not in the office and the man I spoke with could not help me. I explained the situation to him and he said Gary would be back that afternoon and he would have him call. And again, of course I didn't hear from him. It's now been another business day and I still haven't heard from him, and I don't expect to. I don't think I have ever experienced this level of complete indifference to a customer before.
