The installation was tricky, because last year we had hardwood floors installed, and so it was a very tight fit. When the unit was not draining properly, Toby came back and rerouted the drain hose, which totally solved the problem.

We have had issues with the toilet for some time. The flange is a bit too low for the floor. Because of the age of the house and the flange, it is difficult to find parts to fit. Since the repair, there have been no more leaks. Toby was prompt, came on a weekend and didn't change a premium. Will recommend and will call him for all my plumbing needs.

He was very patient, explained everything that he was doing and adjusted the burner to be more efficient and replace the damage part. His prices are very reasonable, he is very honest, and came right away to fix my boiler.

I have an above ground tollet and it has been leaking for 3 weeks. 2 weeks ago I called this company to come. I was told that he would be here at 9:00 and on 11/15 I repeadily called and finally got a hold of him was told he was busy but he will be here in the later in the after noon. at 5:00PM when he was a no show I called him to tell him to reschedule. He called and said he would be here on 11/22 at 2:00 PM. I never saw him or got a call from him. I have now fired him and I am in the process of getting another plummer. Very unreliable plummer and very unprofessional if he does not call to let me know what is happening.

He's honest and trustworthy. He's a hard worker and does a great job. However, he is very busy so it may take a couple days for him to get back to you. He does all forms of plumbing, heating, and other odd jobs. He's helped me with patch work on my roof as well! He's also very fair on prices as well. He also has a good Christian attitude and wouldn't lead anyone astray. He's very straightforward and only does the work that needs to be done as opposed to other companies that may try and find work that doesn't necessarily need to be done or oversell and over-bill.
