Description of Work: They were prompt to respond to my phone call, and their follow through was perfect. We had major water damage, and the fix time was long, but done by great professionals, with the owners checking daily and making themselves available whenever the insurance companies sent out representatives to check on the progress.

Description of Work: They were wonderful. Once we contacted them, they came out and immediately got the drying out process started. We had so much damage that it took more than the usual amount of time to complete the drying out, but they stayed in contact and checked on the process several times. Once the drying out was done, they brought in a wonderful team to begin removing and replacing walls and floors. They worked with us in dealing with insurances, and visited us several times to reassure us of the process. Our kitchen was only a year old, and the bath, furnace area, and laundry areas were all affected. I honestly can't say enough good things about them. Would recommend them with the highest rating possible. |

Everything went smoothly and in a timely manner so my father was able to move back into his home ahead of schedule. .
Description of Work: My 98 yr old father had a pipe burst which caused sevre water damage in his mobile home. Due to being hard of hearing he requested that I be contacted & explained the details of the work involved. Daniel Culley called me & explained all the details that the work intailed & expressed concern for my dad & when I explained his hearing issues he took the time to speak louder & slower & make sure that my father understood what needed to be done. I live in another state so Daniel always kept in the loop of what was being done & went above & beyond what his job involved. Hopefully we will never experience water damage again, but if we do we know who to call! 1-800 Water Damage & ask for Daniel Culley

They arrived, went directly to work getting everything set up, and monitored the drying process for the next three days. The equipment was excellent, their knowledge level was excellent, and the basement dried. They were willing to do anything we needed, and were prompt in monitoring and, finally, packing their equipment and leaving.
Description of Work: Moved wet furniture and dried basement after a drain backup.

Our AC unit backed up and flooded our basement. They came the next day!! They assured me there would be no mold growing since everything was dry and really put my mind at ease!!
Description of Work: They assessed the damage with thermal cameras and brought in heavy duty vacuums, dryers, and dehumidifiers to dry everything up.
