FONTAINE FAMILY - THE REAL ESTATE LEADER

Called Brenda Fontaine to sell our house. Had called a few other brokers who had said they could get less for our house than she quoted. Being somewhat greedy, we went with her. The service was just average and it took her a long time to get the house listed on Realtor.com. After a while she said she recommended selling the house for much less than her original listing-- actually selling it at about the price other brokers had said. If I were selling again, I would choose a different realtor.

She came to all of the meetings. While at those she gave some input, made some comments, and made some good recommendations. I thought it was very nice of her to take the time to come to that. Yeah, she is going to make a commission if I go forward, but this is above and beyond. She calls me when she tells me she is going to call me. She calls me to confirm, she has been at every meeting with the contractor, and I feel like she has given unbiased suggestions. I think that she has been very professional as well. I like her and I would buy a house from her.
