It was snowing and blowing the night before and all through the morning, and we were not sure if the crew would come out, but they all showed up with a smile and got the job done safely and efficiently. We had a wonderful experience with this company, from the beginning to the end of the process.
Description of Work: Installation of 18KW Generac. Coordinated with oil and power companies.

Description of Work: Because my previous contractor failed to respond when my Generac generator quit working, I contacted ESM. They were at my house within 3 days, discovered my problem was that my generator did not have the latest version of software, and the ESM tech downloaded that software and it took care of my problem. It was still under Generac warranty, so there was no charge. I subsequently signed up for their yearly service contract. I've rated the price as C because it is higher than what my previous service contractor charged for a service contract...but look what happened with him...he NEVER responded when my generator quit working. You get what you pay for. I am willing to pay more for reliable service and peace of mind, and ESM provides that. In fact, I had them install a monitoring system for my generator...it sends me and ESM an email whenever the status of my generator changes. I and they get an email each week when it does its test run, and if it should quit working, ESM and I both will get an email. And ESM will come out within a day to get it working again. They are very professional, reliable, and their office staff is great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: The manager of the team, Pat Thibodeau, is a Master Electrician who succinctly outlined the contract for work to be done. The two men, he sent to install a generator on my property was a two day job were both well qualified. All work was done efficiently, neatly and excellently.

 + 0 moreI found one of the project managers, when he came out he was very knowledgeable in what our needs were, walking through the house and figuring out exactly how many watts we needed, how big of a generator we needed. Where to place it in the yard, because you have to worry about where the propane tank is and all the electrical outlet, very knowledgeable about that. This was in the winter and we had to wait, they started the project last week and they are finishing up today. They were very conscientious, came on time. They had to dig up some of the landscaping and they put it back the way it was. They are very meticulous and care about my property.
Description of Work: Electrical Systems of Maine was used to set up electrical wires to propane tank and generator.
