Great. We just bought the house and this was our first call to Dead River. Thursday the propane was filled and the gentleman gave me an overview of the tank and how it works because this is new to us. He was very busy but made sure our questions were answered. Friday a service person came and lit our Gas (propane) fireplace pilot which had gone out. He also gave us an overview on how it works and adjusted the dials on my Jenn air stove top when we were talking about that. Friday afternoon the gentleman came to fill the oil tank. He was very busy that day but our tank took so much oil he came in after to make sure the furnace had not gone out. It had not. We were very pleased.

The service was professional, on-time and priced competitively. They were reliable and their website was helpful and informative.

They come and top off my propane tank on a regular basis as needed. I have been using services since last February. I have never had any troubles with their service.

They are reliable. They are a little more expensive than others, but too many companies have let me run out before.

Workers are amazingly prompt and polite. We have used them several times in emergency boiler situations and they have resolved the issues quickly, including a water leak from boiler piping at 10:00 PM! They have made several great suggestions for upgrading our system and have been quite helpful in that respect.

Arrived as promised, on time and finished job within the timeframe promised - 2 days. Technicians were professional and competent.

They came to the house on time. Were very professional and frendly. They told me the installation would take three days and it did. They cleaned up very well. There were two items that they forgot to do but when I asked they came right over and got them done at no charge.

after prepaying for 2010-11 season the company i had been with for 3 years went belly-up, and i lost a lot of money. went with a couple of cash companies last year. had been with dead river 14 years ago but left because of price. got an offer from dead river recently and decided to give them another whirl. inspection/delivery man remembered being here before and was very professional.
