Kyle is very attentive to what he is working on. He installed an exterior door and a new new storm door. He also built a gate for our porch for our dogs. His work is excellent. And he is easy to talk to. And he aims to please. We plan on hiring him for other projects. He gets Aplus from us! Thank you Kyle!

Black Bear Maintenance built my deck with composite decking, a composite railing, and pressure-treated posts and balusters. It all blends together nicely. Kyle and his helper Kevin worked well together. They took the job seriously and worked steady, taking pride in their work. I also had them renovate an old porch. They framed up two new walls and installed three large sliding windows and beautiful French doors opening onto the deck. Kyle not only takes his work seriously, he also enjoys it. He has a likable personality and gladly answered my questions with detailed explanations. And if something isn't just right, he is absolutely willing to correct it. Overall, I am pleased with the project.

Kyle did a great job with the repairs we needed. First I need to say Kyle is very easy to talk to and the customer service side is great. We hired him to remove an exterior door. It was discovered that we had a rot issue with the framing. He easily went from doing a somewhat minor repair to a much larger project which went smoothly. He clearly explained the problem and what had to be done. He also explained the worst case scenario, which was helpful , rather than it being full of surprises along the way and costing more than what was quoted. That has happened to me in the past and itâ s much better to hear the cost is less rather then more than what is quoted. The attention to detail, making it look like we the changes were original which is important for me. The drywall looks great and he made sure the siding looks like it wasnâ t replaced in the area that needed it done. They also â worked cleanâ , putting paper on the floor, hanging plastic to keep the dust in the area where they were working and the final cleaning went above and beyond with cleaning any dust off furniture. Itâ s very rare to find contractors that work anywhere near this clean. All in all I highly recommend Black Bear Maintenance Iâ ve worked with many contractors over the years and I know this is who I will call for my next project. Itâ s great to work with people who you can trust knowing they will not try and take advantage of you.
