Description of Work: Remodeling our home including a new kitchen. Bought all appliances from Agren in South Portland, Maine. Sales associate John Hamm-Ying was great - friendly and knowledgeable. He worked with me to insure that delivery was scheduled to fit with my builder's schedule and helped me get my rebate from the appliance manufacturer. No hard sell like I experienced at another store that I visited before going to Agren.

Description of Work: We custom ordered a platform style bedframe which was delivered and set up by their furniture crew. They were polite, efficient, and fast.

+ -1 moreI am never gotten such terrible customer service in my life. Please see details above. They do not stand by their service.
Description of Work: We bought a few appliances from Agren's and bought their service plan. We had to use the service plan on our dryer. The technician came and seemed to fix the problem. 6 months later we had the same problem and when my fiancee took the dryer apart he noticed that one of the wires that was replaced by the technician was severly burnt because it wasn't properly put back together and it could have burned down my house. When we went back to Agren's they would acknowledge there was a problem and a manager wouldn't even see me and I went back twice and asked very nicely to speak to a manager. I will NEVER buy another thing at Agren's appliance in my life!
