They did a great job except for one thing. I have a pole in my front yard that holds a light. When I had that originally installed they attached it to the side of the roof. When they put the new roof in they had to momentarily detach the pole. When the contractor put it back they did not put screws in the pole, but instead they used nails. Soon after this snow pulled down the and broke the light. This was due to the fact they did not secure it with screws. I called them and they said they would come out and take care of it. This was last spring, and they are still giving me the run around. I keep calling them and they keep saying they will be coming out, but they have not done anything yet. They did a really good job on the actual roof. I am just getting tired of them giving me the run around.
Description of Work: I had them put a new metal roof on my home this past December.
