Jessica and her team were responsive, from the first contact of getting a quote to the follow up to ensure the services were performed to our satisfaction. Not only does Jessica value her clients and goes above and beyond but she mentors younger team members. In addition, she is helping a lovely young lady who is a very hard working immigrant become acclimated to our country and to become more self sufficient. Jessica's business goes beyond cleaning...she and her company are quality people.

Initial contâct was immediate and they were able to meet our timeline. The job we agreed to was thorough cleaning of a condo that we had bought. They responded very quickly and we agreed to a time. The job was to clean walls, baseboards, bath, kitchen, etc as we needed to re-paint and move in with a quick time frame. Initially we thought the job was done but when we began to paint it was evident that things were just wiped down, not actually washed and clean. I needed to clean all the baseboards and walls prior to being able to paint. Cobwebs were not removed from ceilings or walls, the closets were not cleaned and the underneath oven drawer not not even been vacuumed or at all wiped down, never mind actually cleaned In fairness, one of the workers was a non-english speaking person and she was responsible for a fair share of the cleaning The owner, Jessica seems to be very attentive to detail but was not able to really have oversight of the employee. She had cleaned the kitchen cabinets and did an excellent job. I would have been more critical prior to writing the check but everything looked ok until I began to paint and move things in. I think they just need better oversight of the hired help. I felt we overpaid for the job requested.

Tim and Jessica were highly responsive and reliable when it came down to visiting the property, scheduling and executing on the project plan. I would highly recommend them to a friend.

Very prompt and courteous. They worked with me to find the best fit. I also found a plumber, an electrician and a painter all in one. Very, very impressed.

Jessica is very thorough and hard working. She cleaned our entire 1st floor windows of a total of 15 windows with 2 inch wooden blinds that were done slat by slat, very tedious job....well done! She & Tim also cleaned the inside of our gas range which was a horrible job & now it looks like new. Will use them again for sure!!

On time to show up at the site, right on point, knowledgably. They have great price point and competitive in the market place. Very professional personalities.
