Description of Work: They put an addition onto my rental home. They built a staircase along with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The structural work was done right. They had to bring in other people to correct the work that they had done. Three out of four doors were put in on the first floor incorrectly, they had to bring in another carpenter to put in new doors. They contracted to have the flooring done for me, I wasn’t happy with the floor to start with and by October the vinyl flooring was already lifting. I insisted they bring in an independent installer who then said the entire flooring had to be torn up and redone.

+ -1 moreI have built one home previously and substantially renovated another. I am also in the real estate development business and have dealt with numerous general contractors. It is no exaggeration for me to say that Arundel Homes was by far the best I have ever dealt with. Lee, Tracy, their staff and subs were all prompt, professional, extremely competent and truly wanted (and did) to make the home building experience pleasant and rewarding. They went the extra mile all the time and I can't recommend them enough.
Description of Work: Arundel Homes constructed our new home. It was a very customized 3,000 sqft modular that required significant alterations to the basic plan at the factory and significant work after setting. They were the general contractor and handled all site work, utility installation and completion of the final product.
