Description of Work: Removed old pavement, expanded driveway and redid the driveway.

Description of Work: were supposed to come over for an estimate and never showed up, even after I called the day before to remind Mike ( I believe that was his name). I called to find out what happened and they never returned my calls.

+ -1 morethey did not show up on time about a month late. the recycled asphalt that was supose to be ground up asphalt to be used for base was big broken asphalt pieces mixed with dirt from another driveway. the recycled asphalt was all pushed on my lawn. the dirt was full of crabgrass. only dug down about 2 inches for the base and no base laid, the asphalt was laid down over the driveway dirt. with in a year we got two holes in the asphalt and ruts from driving on it. breaks in the asphalt from turning the wheels on our car. had to get an attorney to get them to return. charged me $250.00 to seal it and it was so thin dirt showed throught it. when they did fix the holes they never finished the job. they said they would be back to finish the job in a couple weeks and that was almost two months ago. I will have my attorney contact them again but I don't think it will do anygood. I will have to have the driveway replaced to correct the mess this company left me with. call Jeremy,thyng's bossman. he promised he would be here next week. that was 9?17/12. let's see what will happen. This company never finished the job after promising to return several times. I feel they are fly by night bunch and have no problem lieing to thier customers.
Description of Work: job was to change a dirt clay driveway to asphalt using recycled asphalt as a base.

+ 0 moreOverall, we were very pleased with the work, the workers, and the result. I can't think of any do's or dont's.
Description of Work: The job was blacktopping our driveway. Jeremy. who was the frontman for the outfit, contacted us personally, outlined what he thought needed to be done, measured the area to be covered, and sat down to go over the specifics. We drew up a contract, and work started the following morning. The crew that he brought were impressive. Everybody was involved at all times (for the above,read working.) Equipment drivers were not too proud to shovel and push wheelbarrows. They did a thorough job of preparing the surface, and skipped the next day due to rain. Black topping was very labor intensive, and took all morning. We were impressed with the morale and attitude of the crew. On the way out, they left a traffic cone to block traffic, and gave us a quick course on what to do for the next few days. Necessary, since we had no experience with blacktop.
