We had a home inspection done on a very old house that needed a lot of work. The inspection went fantastic!! Dean showed us everything we needed to do to repair or replace each item and wrote up a very detailed inspection report. I would highley recommend him, and I will use him again myself if anything ever comes up.

Was very pleased. He took tons of photos so I could actually see what he saw. He called and was able to show up earlier and checked the things I was most concerned with. Now feel more comfortable about our pre-winter check. No Leaks!

I am more concerned during a home inspection on structure of house and potentially major issue. I was not looking for an inspection service that simply comes out, does a visual inspection, and has legal paperwork telling you everything they see or miss they are not responsible for. Renovation Consultants did a thorough job, explained in detail ideas for improvement and even explained how I could do some of the work myself. Again I would highly recommend them.
