+ 0 moreWaste of time. Literally. Waited today for over three hours and multiple phone calls only to find out the owner (Richard, useless to deal with) had simply cancelled the appointment -- without telling anyone -- because he couldn't figure out what to charge us. Seriously! Richard never returns calls, and his people are always late for every appointment. It's really too bad. They're one of the few outfits that services "Monitors". Regardless, they won't be getting any of our business anymore.

+ -1 moreIt went ok only needed a fuse ... service man called owner about price told charge would be $125.00 total. Gave all information over phone called a few time for a receipt and when I finally got it I was overcharged it was billed $150.00 ... I called the owner and emailed him but never heard back
