We h an antiquated water system that gave up the ghost. This winter, dry well and leaking water line. Ed and Chad McMahon appraised the situation and within two weeks we had a well point, new holding tank and water line, and an upgrade of the system in the house. all at the quoted price. very professional, honest, and friendly. Ed was very courteous and professional each step of the way. While I told him about what I thought needed to be done, he could easily see it with the pipes. He tested water samples from the well and also as from the sink, evaluated my water and determined the level of hardness. He explained the type of water softener he would choose and why. He was able to get the system very quickly from his distributor. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to have the system fully installed and reroute a couple of other inefficiencies. He also created a better backwash system as the old had a chance of backing up into sink water. Ed even explained the effects I would notice afterwards. Less detergent in the clothes washer and less soap to make things clean. The best part was how there was a noticeable difference in the way my hair felt. Since moving in, I didn't realize how hard water could be damaging to my hair. Much less product is wasted and it's so much softer! He discussed maintenance of the system (which there is very little and I like!). I give Ed two thumbs up and would definitely recommend his services!
