Description of Work: It was a complex job of finding a solution to an old leaking area around a front entrance. Ken came up with a solution and carried out the execution of it to perfection. This has been an ongoing recurring problem for over the 30 years. Finally it is solved. And in a timely, neat, clean and highly professional manor.

+ 1 moreI've had work done by this fellow before, and was pleased with his work, his attitude, his professionalism and his showing up when he said he would. Excellent work professionally and cheerfully done.
Description of Work: Siding removed and replaced. Attic window replaced. East side of house water proofed and sealed where it was leaking before in several places. Repaired rot and replaced lumber around a front door foyer. Repaired leaks there as well.
