+ -1 morePoorly. he was a guy gave estimate when I bought the for closed home.
Description of Work: Was trying to take advantage of me. Gave me an estimate to install water heater, and pipes for 8,000. My a a housewife but not stupid. I went else where!! It cost me 3000 parts and labor 800.
