Rob and sons arrived on schedule and finished job on time. They are a hardworking and professional team. All debris was removed and work area cleaned. Work is high quality. We are very satisfied and would contact again for future repairs.

Rob Ryder with DryLock Systems repaired gaping cracks in my foundation, installed functional drains in my basement floor, and reconfigured my sump pump after I'd had a huge flood in my basement. The cause of the flood was not at all what I had imagined, and Rob did an excellent job thoroughly and clearly explaining why my drainage systems were failing & what needed to be changed. He has a lifetime of experience as a professional home builder, and works with his sons--the opposite of a giant faceless business. I feel very confident in the work he did on my house & am happy to know that I can always contact him if I have questions or problems.

We choose to go with Drylock Systems after specking with the rep and got a very comfortable feeling that he knew what he was doing and was going to do his very best to make the repair on our foundation correctly and as quickly as possible. Unbelievably great job at a fair price! Believe it or not, the basement wall looked better after his repair than before it was cracked, because they finish with a cosmetic coating. Not only would I recommend them, but plan to use their service for any other issues that arise.

The job took longer than expected, but we are very happy with the result. Rob took extra time and did whatever was neccesary to please and the cellar floor and drain system is great. Two minor problems- he removed a lot of ledge from my cellar, and I paid extra to haul the rock away. The lawn was wet on pour day, and the cement truck left deep ruts.

Rob Ryder and his crew did an excellent job repairing and installing drainage in our basement. Our house is 71 years old has always had an unpleasantly damp and dank basement and our cement block walls were cracking. My husband and I hired DryLock; they were professional, courteous and they did an excellent job! The basement already smells much better. Rob took the time to explain everything to us and he answered every question we asked. He even made suggestions of what we could do on our own to further protect the concrete. We couldn't have asked for a better company or better people! I would recommend this company to everyone.

Bob Ryder and his crew were very professional and were willing to spend as much time as necessary to answer questions and give advice. I felt like my job was just as important as any of his others.
