 + -1 moreIf I remember correctly, Doug came the day after I called him. He had everything necessary in his panel truck. Performed the work quickly and professionally. Explained what he was doing. Discussed other options for the house, in particular whole house emergency power. He is an authorized agent for Generac.
Description of Work: Replaced burned out sump pump in the basement.

 + -1 moreGreat experience. I wish I had a deck of his business cards b/c I would've given them out to neighbors and friends.
Description of Work: Mr. Nicholson provided services to hook my property up to city water. He gave me a date for the service & time & gave me a reasonable estimate. He came earlier on the service date, finished in a timely fashion & came in under estimate. He was professional & polite @ all times. Exemplary customer service & most important, was kind enough to laugh @ my jokes.

 + 1 moreVery well, from the beginning where I showed him what was happening to the end when he explained how the sewer was running and the possible reasoning behind the clog he explained everything very well.
Description of Work: Moved into our new house on the Weekend of Feb 18 only to find that in the time since inspection, there had been a big clog and it was putting out sewer material into our backyard whenever we would take a shower, run the washer or dishwasher or even run the sink and have water go into the drain. Called Nicholsons and he came out at the time frame stated and also was very nice explaining what happened. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again.
