+ -1 moreNever received a call back for this job. Rated vendor with a D instead of an F because when we contacted them for a prior job, they responded in a timely manner and were very helpful. However, we chose to use another vendor for that work due to historical constraints.

+ 0 moreNothing short of amazing. The crew of roofers are very hard workers. I thank them for taking care in this job and completing safely as my roof has steep peaks that can be dangerous. They cleaned up debris daily and worked efficiently with the process and took care to prevent water from coming in through the entire process of a complete roof replacement. I am thankful they are in this business and thankful they are the company that I hired. Great service, great price, great turnaround. A++++
Description of Work: ROOF REPLACEMENT - Troutville removed my entire roof (not the framing) on my 1910 two-story Victorian home, replaced with new roof (plywood, sheathing, shingles, added roof vents at every peak, relined a hidden gutter on front porch roof, replaced damaged wood molding just below roof on side peak of house.

+ 0 moreThey came highly recommended and a lot of our customers use them. They were prompt and they did what they said they were going to do. They got back to us very quickly and it was very easy to deal with them. We had to go with in a budget and they met it.
Description of Work: We used Troutville Home Repairs Inc. to get work related to siding and down spouting done. We used them twice. We had some windows installed so they had come back to work on a couple of different areas of our home.
