Here at Primrose L&L Labor Services, our motto is "Local, Affordable and Trustworthy". We have been proudly serving the Central MD area for over 30 years. We are based out of Woodbine in Western Howard County. We service areas of Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, and Montgomery Counties. Our services include home improvement in the form of permanent outdoor living spaces like patios, decks, and porches, all of which improve your property's overall value and curb-appeal. We also provide power-washing, outdoor painting, deck renovation/finishing, and fence repair/installation. We handle every form of landscaping, including but not limited to: flower bed installation and maintenance, mowing, trimming, weeding, edging, mulching, debris removal, bulk planting, and transplanting. Hardscapes and equipment installation that include the likes of retaining walls, bed boarders, dividers, ornamental stones, decorative gravels, water-drainage systems and irrigation systems. ​ We offer worry-free labor contracts to guarantee accurate quotes and locked-in pricing, timely work completion, and getting what you exactly paid for.
