Excellent in all regards - from the estimate and explanation of services and products through to the day of installation (and follow-up when I asked for a sample of the flashing to color-match). Pete provided the estimate and oversight, the work crew are all DWM employees (not sub-contracted out) and the large job was appropriately staffed to allow them to get it done in one day and without having to race against the clock/cut corners. Clean-up was excellent as well. The price was fair, and skylight replacement was less with DWM than with others who gave us estimates. No problems in the 4 months since the work was done. I'm very happy and would highly recommend DWM (as I have already done to those in need of similar service).

I absolutely echo the highly pleased sentiments of many who've posted below. I would have to say that the entire experience with your DWM Roofing company and its staff was EXEMPLARY! Pete was very knowledgeable and explained EVERYTHING we would need and be receiving if we were to do the re-roofing of our home and standalone garage. Every bit of the costs entailed were broken down and clarified for us. It was SO helpful to have a printed list of homes, with addresses, that we could actually drive to see, in determining which color shingles we'd ultimately select. Going to the office and being allowed to borrow the samples was also helpful. Very pleasant office staff, too! The work crew that came to do the job was also of high caliber. They were industrious and worked efficiently with a tempo and work energy that was impressive. I was astounded by the clean-up, too! I appreciate not having to fear nails or staples being left behind because they used the metal detector for a thorough check. Truly there is a demonstrated pride in a job well down by your employees. My roofs are beautiful! The people involved, the materials and the performance on the job...everything, actually, was high quality, through and through! Thank you for such a pleasant experience. Super satisfied!

Great company to work with start to finish. Excellent customer service and high quality of workmanship. Professional and friendly from the owner, project manager, work crew and office staff. Estimate was detailed and reviewed with me by the project manager. All questions answered. At the end of the installation day, the owner of the company would not leave until I was totally satisfied. He completed a total walk around of the work preformed including going up on the roof to inspect the work. That is customer service! The roof looks great.

I was pleased with the whole experience. I was able to schedule the estimate when I called DWM. Rey arrived as scheduled, examined the 3 areas I was concerned about, explained what was wrong and why, and what was needed to fix them. He quoted me a fair price and did more than a thorough repair job including taking away all the scraps. A bonus was that DWM billed me afterward via email, with 30 days to pay.

Everything went very smoothly. They came out and measured the house and shed roof and a few weeks later they were replaced in one day. When I came home they were new, everything looked very well done and solid. The gutters are now solid and now empty completely and the new ridge vents look better. We've enjoyed a number of good rain storms since.

Owner came out for estimate the very next day. Very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. Made a quick repair that day to the ridge vent and charged "base price". While he couldn't guarantee we wouldn't need a more extensive repair when next heavy rain came as the "roof will need to be replaced so time in the next five to eight years", he told us the $180 we paid for the repair would be credited to a more extensive repair should we need it later. So far no leaks!

It was a very good experience. I got like five or six quotes, and this company really stood out. They gave me an extremely detailed proposal. The head guy went through each part of the proposal as they were doing the roof to show that it was being done. They kept me very well informed; customer communication. This guy was very explicit and they found some issues. He described what they were and described how they were going to fix them and whether it was an additional cost or not. I would highly recommend these guys.

Excellent, they gave us a very competitive price (not the lowest) with excellent products. Showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly. I would be very comfortable using them again but since the roof is warranted for 30 years don't think I will have to. I recommend them to friends.

It went very well, there weren't any issues. They came out on time, and did what they were supposed to do. They found a few boards that needed to be replaced and did so. Unfortunately one of their nails found its way into my tire, but they worked with me to get that repaired.

Great! The whole process was easy. We did not need to be home for estimate which was great since we had been through other estimates that took a couple hours! We were provided with the information the day of the estimate and a written quote within a week. There was no pressure. The staff was very responsive. And no money up front, awesome.

Very courteous and helpful. Told me to watch the ceiling over the next couple of storms. If it gets worse, he will come back to make further repairs. He didn't want to charge me a lot of money if we weren't sure yet if it needed more. I was very grateful for this forethought. I will definitely call for future roof needs.

MY neighbor and I had five roofing contractors provide us both with estimates for a roofing job. the range of estimates for approx. 3000 st ft roof. For roof alone with mid-grade, 3-D type shingles, the range of estimates for the same job was from $9800 to just under $20,000 (that high estimate was only for the lowest grade shingles). Pretty much all had the same materials for this range of number (except the high bid with lower quality singles). My only add-on was for for three new skylights replacements (with lowest at $1200 for all three skyrights (Velox). The winner for us was DMW roofing that came in with lowest bid and high quality materials. One point to add: there is always a charge if contractor has to replace wood roofing plywood sheets...my house was built in 1988 and we did not have any leaks but it ended up that 7 sheets of plywood roofing were replace at $80/sheet. This extra cost was mostly covered by the discount we received when my neighbot and I negotiated out two houses being done by DMW roofing.

After having a leak in our roof for the past year we decided it was it was time for a new roof to fix the leak. In working with David and Jill I could not have had a more pleasurable experience. From the first time I met David he was very professional, honest, and was personally available for any questions I had. I was very impressed with the initial presentation and materials that David brought that explained everything from A-Z about the new roof, what to expect, and references. DWM went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed to make an informed decision on an expensive investment. I truly felt that DWM wanted my business and I was just not another customer to them. I highly recommend DWM and I will be to all of my neighbors. Thanks again DWM!

I bought a brand new house and the roof started leaking within 6 months. Since it was still under builder warranty, I called the builder for repairing. The builder indicated it was just some simple caulking problem along a roof/wall joint, and they took care of it. However, the roof leakage problem continued with mid level rain, but unfortunately the warranty has expired by the time I called them for repairing again. I called another roofing company listed in the Angies List with good review, the company came out with an estimated of more than $2000 to replace a portion of the roof in order to take care of the problem. I am kind of skeptical about this proposal since this is a new house and roof. Then, I was lucky to find DMW Roofing company. Peter Miller of DWM came the next day after my call, and inspected the roof. He found a split tyvek behind the wall siding near the edge of a roof/vertical siding joint, and a nail penetrating through the roof board causing the leakage (the nail sham is rusted indicating the water has gotten behind the split tyvek). He romoved the nail, repaired the split tyvek, and put the siding back. It only cost me $175, instead of thousands bucks to do unnecessary repair. I know these days it is very hard to find roofing company willing to do a small repair for a few hundred bucks only. DMW is one exception at least I am lucky to find who is willing to do the right things, instead of just ripping the customer off for profit. I definitely will use DWM roofing again when my new house is due for a new roof, or needs roof repairing again because I know I will not be ripped off by unnecessary repair work.

Very professional, some delays in getting work completed however this was only due to snow & cold weather. came out several weeks later to check for Nails on the ground that they may have missed.

One of my neighbors coordinated the neighborhood effort to get 20+ roofs replaced this spring with DWM Roofing. The owner of the company David Morris came to our neighborhood last fall to explain the company's services, costs, and answer any questions, which was very helpful. Within two weeks of the meeting we were provided roofing estimates, which also allowed for a discount if other homes in the same townhouse row also got their roofs replaced. The company contacted us when the weather started getting nice this spring to schedule dates. DWM Roofing arrived on time, promptly went to work, were done on schedule, and cleaned up the area when they were finished. Overall, I was very happy with the company's professionalism and the end result, and I would absolutely recommend DWM Roofing to those looking to get their roofs replaced!

DWM was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Peter came out when promised to provide the estimate and discuss the work. He spent quite a bit of time with us as we had a lot of questions about materials and sealing for leaks and keeping out squirrels. He provided a long list of roofs they had installed in the area so we could drive around and see the colors. He left us with a full brochure describing the materials and even stopped by later to drop off samples of the shingles so we could see the colors firsthand. Once we selected DWM, they called to schedule the date and to arrange to have the materials delivered. As our front yard is narrow, Peter said he would instruct the supplier not to use a boom, but to just place the materials on the driveway. Even the materials delivery man said how much he liked working with DWM. The crew showed up on the promised date at about 8 am and got to work. We didn't really think they could finish the whole house in one day, but they did, finishing the cleanup after 8 pm that night. I also was very happy that the workers are employees of the DWM company - the job is not contracted out as is done by many roofing businesses. We were never asked for a deposit or down payment and received an invoice only after all the work was done. They were very responsive to unique needs such as a correction to the bathroom vent position and converting from multiple dome vents to a ridge vent. We also had previous problems with squirrels and Peter made sure to add the extra mesh barriers we requested to prevent them from chewing their way back in. Our roof looks great and we've gotten lots of compliments. We wholeheartedly recommend DWM Roofing!

Dave is highly professional. We have used him several times for roof repairs. He is always very upfront about the cost-never a hidden fee or "extra" charge after the work is performed. He was able to come out very quickly after we called, and fixed our issue very quickly. We will continue to call Dave for any repairs and eventual roof replacement, highly recommend this company!

The owner came out and talked to the board extensively about the choices of shingles and the details of the process. They then completed the work in the exact amount of time they promised. They were professional, neat and efficient. They even moved vents that were installed illegally to a place that was not in view without extra cost.

Very prompt estimate by the owner. The installation went well with a close color match on the replaced shingles. Even with the record snow storm, the work was completed within several weeks. Good communication throughout the process.
