I highly recommend DWM roofing. Their business is dedicated to being professional and doing really great work at a fair cost. From the first phone call to the end product, it was all smooth, done in record time (really surprised me) and I am so glad about the results. Even billing was handled seamlessly. This was a hassle-free experience, and that says a lot! Good vibes all around, like they are happy doing what they do, and it shows. They take the time to explain what is going on and to answer questions. I totally appreciate them and when the time comes for more repairs or replacement, I'll call DWM. DWM performed an on-site survey in order to prepare the estimate, which was thorough, easy to understand, and very competitive. They answered all of my questions and provided a long list of local references to help select color and materials. Communication regarding scheduling and status of the job was outstanding. The crew was fantastic. The clean up afterwards left no trace. The workmanship is first rate. DWM is simply an awesome local roofing company.

Every step of the process went smoothly. The initial estimate for the roof was given two years ago at which time the recommendation was to “wait two years”. That alone allowed me to build trust in DWM. When I called after the recommended wait time I spoke to the same person, had the updated proposal the same day (same price!) and was placed on their schedule within a few days. The installation went without issue, there were no hidden/unexpected charges, no damage to property, and they left the job site leaving my property as clean as it was before they started. Communication throughout the process was easy and prompt. Everyone involved was polite , courteous and very respectful. Super company to work with. I highly recommend.

On two occasions, I have had to replace several roof shingles missing or damaged by high wind storms. DWM Roofing has been quick to respond to my service requests and very prompt in performing the repairs at a reasonable cost each times.

A year ago DWM put a new roof on our house. They were easy to work with, showed up on time, worked hard, and finished in one day. I was particularly pleased with their follow-up. The crew had cleaned up very well to my eyes, but the next day Pete came with a big magnet and walked around, picking up nails to make it complete. A month or so later I found a shingle on the ground and called. The next day, Brandon came and went up on the roof, found everything in order but the workers had left some unused shingles up there, and he brought them down. Then what I really appreciated came last week, when I found a vent pipe cover on the ground. I called and the next day Brandon came and identified it as a B-vent cover. It turned out to be broken and couldn't be put back. Even though this cover was not part of the original work, he said if I got one, he would put the new one on without charge. When I got one, he not only put it on, be painted it to match the pipe and wouldn't charge me for it.

The entire process was handled very professionally. The job was done well at a fair price.

Went very well. Schedule was not immediate due to contractors schedule being full - waited about 6 to 8 weeks before work was done, but once date was set, it was met, and work done in 1 day. Roof looks good. Very good communication. Contractor always checked before taking each step, both via email and phone.

DWM Roofing did an awesome job on our roof. Due to high demand they couldn't get to us right away but repaired and made us water tight until they could install the new roof. Peter Miller and his crew went above and beyond correcting existing problems and doing it the right way. They were prompt and did a high quality job and Pete kept us updated every step. The thorough cleanup was much appreciated.

Of three bidders, I was most comfortable with DWM, and then they ended up being the best price for the best materials. Project manager Pete Miller was excellent, as was communication from their office. I appreciated the ground-drop option, which no one else offered, and they were also the only one to not require any money until after the job was done. They were conservative with an estimated date; it turned out to be much sooner. The job went well and I'm very satisfied.

Our project manager was Peter Miller, and he did a wonderful job of explaining what we needed and why. His estimate was very detailed. We happened to need a new roof at a time when there had been a lot of rain. DWM had a backup of customers awaiting roof installation, but Peter was able to predict that our roof could be done in six to eight weeks. A great advantage of DWM for us was that they did not require an advance down payment. They were able to come when they said, and did excellent work. The cleanup afterwards was very thorough.

this company is truly the best of the best. They are truly one of the good guys. Professional and courteous. Expert roofing performed. Workers were diligent and considerate about putting tarps down to protect living room while skylights were being replaced. I cant say enough. I love my pretty new roof and want to brag from my rooftop.

DWM was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend to my friends and anyone without hesitation. Peter and his group were very professional and efficient in their work. I was rather surprised when he said they could finish in one day, but they certainly did. They came with about a dozen crew members or so and got after it most of the day. They walked around the house multiple times to make sure all debris and nails were cleaned up. The roof looks spectacular. We're very pleased with their work.

A recent wind storm blew a large section of shingles off our roof. We decided to have our entire roof replaced with more durable material. Based on reviews from Angie’s List, we contacted DWM for an estimate. They were very responsive and gave us plenty of information regarding options. We decided to go ahead and have them do the job. David and crew did a great job installing the new roof using the CertainTeed shingles that we chose. They showed up early, finished the job in one day, and did a great job cleaning up. We highly recommend their services. They were easy to deal with and did a very professional job.

Brandon came to my home within about an hour of me calling their office. This company was easily the most responsive and accommodating considering I had four sections of my ceiling dripping quite a bit of water. Upon arrival, he checked the room, checked the section of the roof I was concerned with, and checked the attic. He guessed it wasn't a roof or siding issue but possibly a pipe/water line problem. He wasn't sure, and had no problem double checking with another team member over the phone to see if they had additional guidance. He offered to open the ceiling a bit in an attempt to identify the problem, which he did and was correct in guessing it was a water line. He truly went above and beyond and I would be more than happy to work with him again. He was a pleasure and I am SO thankful we called him when we needed help!!!
