Description of Work: DWM Roofing replaced our roof, not the wood underneath the shingles but everything else. They did an excellent job! They gave a great presentation, are reasonably priced, very efficient, excellent workmanship. When there was the threat of rain, they increased the amount of crew and finished before it rained without rushing. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: "Hi, I don't think I can say enough on how satisfied I am with this company. When Pete came by for the estimate, he got on the roof and measured. Other roofing companies just made and eye-ball view and based estimate on that. Pete explained what they would do, showed me details of the roof vent and gave me information on the different grades of roof to choose from.Left me with very good information on the product. He also pointed out, noting I had a fairly new driveway, that I may want to not have the truck on the driveway that delivers the shingles. The price was very fair for the job. Follow up from the owner of the company was impressive, to let me know what was done. The company is top notch with integrity and honesty. The company was very responsive with questions I had as I went through my decision process. I can't say the same for the other companies I was fielding bids from. Great company. Roof looks great. Description of Work: Replace roofing. On time, immaculate clean up, went above and beyond when their shingle supplier ran over the lawn. Definitely recommend.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our roof. I had the receipt/invoice from when the previous homeowner had had the roof replaced, and initially contacted that contractor (in case there was a warranty; there was not). He rescheduled the estimate several times, and then insisted there was no problem. At that point I turned to Angie's List, where I found DWM Roofing and contacted them for a second opinion. | |The estimator from DWM arrived on time and was very professional. He looked at the roof leak and thoroughly investigated to find the cause. | |Sealant (Vulcan) was applied at the roof edge where shingles were lifting and water was getting under the roof. This work was performed free of charge and seems to have slowed the leak and further damage to the boards. | |The estimator discouraged a complete repair due to the type of shingles, the fact that the roof is < 10 years old, and the high cost of such a repair (approximating the cost of full roof replacement). He recommended waiting until the roof was older and needed full replacement, or if the leak worsened. | |I would definitely contact DWM again for any roofing needs.

Description of Work: I had a damaged skylight. DWM came out within a day of calling. I received their quote and had them do the work for me. Because of bad weather, the scheduled appointment had to be rescheduled. This was fine considering the rain we were having. The job was done and the new skylight looks great. While here, I also had them replace a faulty attic fan. No complaints on either project as the work was done promptly and all trash and waste was removed.

Description of Work: We have a large home with over 16,000 sq. feet of roof. The roof was badly damaged in the severe storm in late June 2012. We needed an entirely new roof. Dave Morris was great to work with. He was here supervising his large crew every day. They arrived promptly at 7:00 am every day and worked until dark. They stayed with the job until it was done and they worked 8 days straight to finish. Each day Dave would tell us where we should park our cars so his trucks would not block us in. He would always tell us the night before if it was going to rain and if they would be working the next day. We were in frequent contact with him either face to face or by cell phone. He always answered his cell phone every time we called and we never went to voice mail. I can't begin to tell you how pleased we were with his overall conduct, workmanship, communication and politeness. I would urge anyone needing a roof replacement or repair to call David Morris.

Description of Work: 3 Sleeves over plumbing vents on roof. Inspected other issues; explained issues.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the roof but we didn't know where the leak was originating. David came out the day I called and while he was there he said he could fix it for $125 but he said to wait for a couple of good rains to make sure that was where the leak was. It rained and started leaking again. We called him and told him this and he came back out on a Sunday and further investigated and found out the leak was coming from a vent pipe collar. He replaced it with a new collar for no additional cost. The roof has not leaked since. We were very impressed with David's promptness, price and professionalism. We would highly recommend DWM Construction and would definitely use them again if needed!!

Description of Work: They came out and did an estimate. Peter was great. He knew what he was talking about and gave me an estimate while at my house. I accepted him for the job two days later and they came out two weeks after that to do the job. They did it in one day and cleaned up everything. It didn't even look like they were there after they finished except for the new roof. It was a great job. The gutters were done the following day and they look great. I would definitely use DVM Roofing again.
