Exceptional work. By far the best spring clean-up and landscaping work we've had in over 10 years. Rick was responsive, understood our needs, and provided recommendations. In all, his team cleaned up flower/plant beds, trimmed all trees/plants/bushes/flowers, applied mulch and weed treatment, planted some new trees and flowers/bushes, edged flower/plant beds, cut down a tree, and grinded down two stumps. All done better than I imagined it would be. But the thing that impressed me the most was the little things. They took the time to rearrange stones and rocks. They cleaned up a couple of areas that I didn't think they needed to or planned for. They were very meticulous in everything they did. Very neat and detail oriented. In all, it was obvious they cared about the work they were doing. I would and will use Big Rick's again without hesitation. We are already planning out some additional landscaping and hardscaping work.

This company is extremely professional. The work was completed beyond my expectations. They left the site immaculate. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about what they do. They took care to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Their prices are reasonable and the work is EXCELLENT!!! Would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat! They were also able to schedule the work within a few days. Hard to find companies these days that leaves the customer EXTREMELY SATISFIED !!!!

Rick and his crew are great! They were professional from beginning to end. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Their price beat everyone's and the service was fantastic. We will use them again.

It went extremely well. A crew of 4 guys arrived on the date and time scheduled. They worked from 8am-6:15pm taking down 29 40 foot tall Leyland Cypresses. 2 days later, the stumps were removed and all debris cleaned up. I will definitely use them for future landscaping needs.

They're great. I don't have a lot of grass but they cut it low. I do like that they keep my lawn up to date.

They repaired everything when they were done. They filled everything in and planted grass seed. It was a whole turn key operation. They took down the tree, hauled everything away, filled everything back in and planted the grass seed, even. Their demeanor and customer service was good. They were very prompt and here on time. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. There were no complaints at all.

Owner Rick Colson agreed to complete work at my residence and set several dates to complete work. Rick never showed up to complete work. I contacted Big Ricks landscaping and spoke with Rick Colson. He agreed to dig 11 holes on my property for $600 plus an unspecified charge for two holes that would be dug by hand. The trees were then delivered by the landscaper. Rick arrived at my home on May 4th with a machine that was huge (vehicle size) and could not possibly navigate my yard. We agreed that the work could not be completed that day. Rick instructed me to call him Monday and he would set a date for the following week to dig the holes by hand and also stated he would honor the price he gave for using the machine. We also agreed that he would plant the trees as well for a price to be determined later. Rick told me and quot;I'll take care of youand quot;.I called Rick on Monday and he told me his week was up in the air with the weather. He stated that he would either install them Tuesday or by the end of the week at the latest. I called him Tuesday after he did not show and he told me he would either install them Thursday evening or Friday afternoon AT THE LATEST. Thursday and Friday came and went with no contact from Rick. I called his business line Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday leaving messages requesting he call me each time. I never heard from him. I called his residence on Monday May 13th and spoke with a woman who answered the phone. She took my message and information and I have not heard back. My 11 trees have now been at my residence since April 30th and I have had to make arrangements with a nursery to do the work Rick agreed to complete but has not. The man does not even have the decency to return my call and tell me he is not going to honor our agreement. As a result of his actions my trees have endured stress from not being planted in a timely manner and I have had to pay additional funds of $400. to have the work done. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and he did not even respond to their contact and as a result now has a D rating.

In April I had Ricky come out and give me an estimate for a old shed demolition..which he provided along with a cost for installing a new pad for a replacement shed...which I bought separately..Weather (rainy) continued to be a delay until early May when Big Rick and his crew came out and proceded to tear down and haul away all remnents of the old shed while one of his crew prepared the foundation for a new shed..They did all that in one day and left the place nice and neat..ready for me to have a new shed bought in to put on the pad.I was very pleased with all his work and would continue to use his services as necessary

Amazing tree skills. I had 6 or 7 90' to 100' oak trees removed, some as close as 10 ft. from my home and no problems. They know what they are doing.

Big Rick's came out right away after calling them for an estimate. We needed about a dozen trees to be removed and do additional trimming on others. They estimated they would come out by the next week. Well, it was 6 weeks later when they finally came out to do the work (realizing that this wasn't an emergency, but we would have appreciated a call occasionally). When they finally came out to do the work, they did a great job, including hauling away all the debris. We were very pleased with the work.

The patio was made of flagstone over a crushed stone base and I thought they did a wonderful job. I will continue to use them in the future.
